I have an Associate of Science in Computer Science and an Associate of Arts both of which were obtained at Glendale Community College in Arizona. During my studies, I gained expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++. I also took courses in web development and database management.
I have worked in customer service and technical roles for over 12 years. During my tenure at GoDaddy, I have gained extensive experience in troubleshooting software issues and some hardware issues, providing technical assistance to end-users, and managing incident tickets in ServiceNow and Jira. I also have created and continue to maintain knowledge base articles for colleagues and to enhance self-service options for end-users.
